Throughout the production chain, a set of methods and means are deployed at each level with the aim of tracking all forms of waste (overproduction, waiting times, unnecessary transportation, excessive stocks, inadequate processes, unnecessary movements, scrap). This approach is known as lean manufacturing.
Our approach involves applying Lean management techniques to production flow management activities to identify and eliminate all non-value-added activities.
The principle is to manufacture only what will actually be sold, in other words, to transition to a demand-driven flow and establish a “just-in-time” production system.
Our activity management tool, which is an excellent project and production management instrument, also integrates calculation engines for key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide an accurate real-time overview of all activities.
It allows for the successful execution of production, ranging from the planning of necessary resources (material, human, and financial), to their management and traceability.
It facilitates the setup, real-time monitoring of activities, and provides numerous insights into their progress.
It includes the implementation of the following tools:
- Industrial and Commercial Plan.
- Master Production Schedule.
- Workload Plan (manufacturing plan and workshop schedule).
- Production Resource Management.
- Activity Setup: project creation, team designation, assignment, setup, and activity launch.
- Planning: establishment of workload plans, production plans, schedules, milestone identification.
- Control & Monitoring: calculation of consumed resources, production, remaining work, advances/delays, rates, consumption and production indices.
- Recalibration: review of workload and production plans if, for example, the activity overflows, consumes too much, or produces less.
